In-Person Visits
Our Northside, Arlington, and Southeast locations are open for routine care, such as wellness exams, and treatment of non-COVID-19 related illnesses. We are still ensuring that patients who need in-person appointments are being seen in a safe environment through strict health and cleaning guidelines and procedures.
Telehealth
We are continuing to provide safer and easier ways for you to get the care you need through telehealth appointments. When you call for an appointment, our staff will talk with you by phone and may be able to schedule your appointment as a virtual telehealth visit so you can meet with your provider from your own home through a smartphone or computer. A few examples of these visits include:
– Colds, seasonal allergies, congestion, skin rashes, migraines
– Treatment of stress, anxiety, or depression
– Follow-up on labs, imaging results, and routine medication
– Abdominal pain and constipation, urinary symptoms, reflux

Navigating COVID-19
If you are worried about COVID-19, or are having symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, etc.), please call us. We will talk with you about your symptoms to determine if you need to schedule an appointment for an evaluation and possible testing, if you should go to the hospital, or if you should stay at home and have a virtual telehealth visit with your provider. COVID-19 testing and vaccinations are also being offered at all of our locations.
