Anyone can receive care at any of the three NTACHC locations. We provide care regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage or ability to pay for services.

To schedule an appointment, call our call center at 817-625-4254 anytime from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.

In order to get a refill, please contact your pharmacy, who will then send a refill request to the prescribing provider.

Our clinics are not open on the weekends. Below are our hours for each location:

Monday-Thursday: 7:20am-7pm
Friday: 7:20am-6:30pm

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Monday- Friday: 7:20am – 5pm

We currently have two Board Certified Pediatricians and one Nurse Practitioner who specializes in pediatrics.

If you receive a bill from NTACHC and have questions, you can call the call center and ask to speak to the billing department. You may also come into the clinic and ask to speak to the billing department.

We charge a sliding fee scale based on your income and family size. On the first visit, patients who are uninsured meet with a Financial Screener and undergo a simple income screening process. This process identifies whether you or a member of your family may be eligible for healthcare assistance programs, and also determines your fee-for-services based on a sliding fee. We can help you determine if you qualify for insurance programs such as Medicaid, CHIP, CHIP Perinatal or the Marketplace insurance plans during the active enrollment period. For more information on this, please call one of our Certified Application Counselors at (817) 546-6482. If you do not have insurance, or if you do not qualify for insurance, we will determine what percent of the actual clinic cost you will have to pay when you register.

Please bring a medical insurance card if you have one.  If your child is a new patient, please bring your child’s medical records from your previous doctor.  If your child will be getting vaccines, please bring a vaccine record from either the school nurse or your child’s previous doctor.   NTACHC will need your child’s vaccine record in order to give your child any vaccines.
