Anyone can receive care at any of the three NTACHC locations. We provide care regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage or ability to pay for services.

To schedule an appointment, call our call center at 817-625-4254 anytime from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday or send us a message from our contact form.

In order to get a refill, please contact your pharmacy, who will then send a refill request to the prescribing provider.

To leave a message for your provider, you can use the patient portal or call the call center at 817-625-4254.

You can use the patient portal or call the call center.  We will mail out a lab card when the results are normal, and for abnormal results, a Certified Medical Assistant will call you.

Our clinics are not open on the weekends.  Please check our location page for each location’s hours.

If you receive a bill from NTACHC and have questions, you can call the call center and ask to speak to the billing department. You may also come into the clinic and ask to speak to the billing department.

We charge a sliding fee scale based on your income and family size. Please visit our Financial Assistance page for more information.

Please bring a medical insurance card if you have one.  If your child is a new patient, please bring your child’s medical records from your previous doctor.  If your child will be getting vaccines, please bring a vaccine record from either the school nurse or your child’s previous doctor.   NTACHC will need your child’s vaccine record in order to give your child any vaccines.

Please visit our insurance page to learn more about insurance accepted at NTACHC.
